We offer PPO and HMO coverage, allowing employees to select a plan that best suit their needs and the needs of their family. Each plan provides comprehensive medical, hospital, surgical care and prescription drugs plans. Employees may choose their care from a large national network of providers.
Dental coverage is provided to employees with a national network of participating dentists.
Vision coverage is provided to employees at no cost. Employees may use this employer sponsored plan for eye examinations, prescription glasses, contact lenses or other eye services.
Retirement Benefits:
We offer employees an opportunity to save for their retirement through a 401(k) plan. Pre-tax employee contributions are made to participating employees' accounts through payroll deductions and we provide employees with a competitive company match. A variety of investment options are available to our employees.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance:
We provide our employees with group life insurance and AD&D insurance at no cost to the employee.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
Employees may stretch their benefit dollars by setting aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care and dependent care expenses that are not covered by another plan.
Paid Time Off (PTO):
PTO allows our employees the opportunity for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits. The amount of PTO time our employees receive each year increases with the length of their employment.
Holidays:
In addition to vacation time, our employees enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.
Education Assistance:
We encourage our employees to pursue continuing education. To assist in their endeavors, we reimburse employees up to $5,000 per year for accredited classes that will enhance their performance or professional development with TTI.
